The Bakery has great food some of the best food I have ever had! Also the people are so nice there! My favourite food there is there black and white cookies!
Enjoyed the food. Delicious spinach croissant almond crescents and energy bars. Love the variety of bakery and food items and especially enjoying that out door tables. staff fellow was personable Engaging and helpful. Would definitely recommend the bakery to any of my friends.
No matter when I come here I'm greeted with a smile and treated like a friend. There is a good spot for my little ones to play upstairs, and the snacks are a crowd pleaser. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to kill a little time with young kids on a rainy day in town. Doesn't hurt that the library is also a super quick walk for more kid friendly options.
I go to The Bakery almost every day! I live and work nearby, so it's my favorite local place. My boyfriend and I stop in everyday, sometimes more than once. I usually get a coffee/tea and a sandwich or something small. Everything I've had there is so delicious (especially the black & white cookies!) and the staff is super friendly and upbeat- always smiling/laughing. It's a great kid-friendly spot as well :)
The baked goods are all handmade and very reasonably priced. The hot food is decent, and just what you would expect it to be. There are gluten free options. The gluten free wraps and bread are really tasty. The outside seating is a little dated and the inside looks like cafeteria seating, but overall an enjoyable experience. Pretty good casual place for breakfast or lunch.
