I've been banking here for over ten years now and I'm very happy with my experiences there. Greg at the New Paltz location helped greatly with setting our mortgage up when we were buying our home. When doing banking inside, the lines move quick for the tellers and they're always helpful and friendly. They also have a great change machine that doesn't charge members for counting coins.
I'd recommend going here for a good community bank, instead of the mega banks.
