I'm posting two stars because I've had non stop issues with this place.
After my daughter just lost her father, her therapist Ninette refused to squeeze her into a morning appointment, since she already had an afternoon appt. with her but unfortunately had to identify her dad's body that afternoon in the hospital. Then her appt. was pushed up to the following Mon. Then her appt. was cancelled???? I don't get it....it was a crisis for my daughter but she did not handle it that way! I do not recommend this therapist to anyone. The receptionist tried to contact Ninette but to no avail; altho drs. cancel on people all the time, she still could've switched ONE of her patients that am for my daughter and her CRISIS!!!
I've been coming here for 4yrs now and they are absolutely horrible. It's either constantly switching of doctors, miss diagnosing or just simply waiting and hour to get into your apt..
