After waiting 30 min and being told my driver was there when they were not I ended up having to walk. Don't waste you time.
Very FRIENDLY, Professional and RELIABLE! My ONLY REASON for the 4* review is bcs. I prefer a "FLAT RATE", rather than "By The Mile"!! THAT'S ONLY GOOD, AS LONG AS THE DRIVER TAKES THE MOST DIRECT ROUTE!! It usually costs a little more than other cab svc, but, if their pick up time is quicker, you don't mind paying a few $$ more!
Called for a car from Mohonk and dispatcher told me it’d be 30 min. After repeatedly calling, the car showed up after 75 minutes and charged me $35 for an 8 mile trip. He said people had to pay for the round trip when they aren’t going to the train station. Uber will put this crooked company out of business.
I have a call into the company today. If the owner or someone in upper management doesn't return the call I will be forced to permanently recommend all business move elsewhere.
In April of 2016, they forgot and left a student stranded at the station. I gave them a second chance in September of 2016 and they worked fine; however, the inconsistency and the fact that they are unreliable is disconcerting. I have repeatedly left messages for the owner to contact me to no avail.
I thought this was a good company. Arranged for student-athletes at New Paltz to be picked up Monday evening, April 3, at the train station in Poughkeepsie. The service took them on Sunday, April 2. When the students called as they came into the station they were told that the company does not pick up from the train station. That is ridiculous since they had taken the students the previous day.
