The owners Grace and Joey were extremely helpful. The environment they've created is very relaxing and pleasant.
I floated for 60 minutes. I think I felt asleep. The room where you float is private, completely quiet and dark.
This place is an incredible tool for athletes. I came to Mountain Float Spa just a few hours after finishing a half-marathon. I knew it felt amazingly restorative at the time, but I couldn't have predicted how incredibly well it worked for my extended recovery. I woke up the next day with close to no soreness...it's absolutely amazing how it aided in my body's quick recovery from a very difficult race (extreme temperatures and sun for a half). I'd recommend a float here to all athletes as an incredibly helpful recovery tool. The entire space is meticulously clean and spa-like, and it's amazing to have your own room with shower and changing spaces. I was also pleasantly surprised by the airiness of the spa tub itself, as I'd read that some float tanks feel claustrophobic...not at all here. I'll absolutely be back.
While I didn't enjoy the experience, the staff was super friendly and the facilities were warm and welcoming.

I am a massage therapist at this establishment and I have to say that it is absolutely wonderful. The owners, Joey and Grace are so kind and great to work for. They are also very knowledgeable on the whole aspect of "floating" and provide a calming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

After floating I felt extremely relaxed and rejuvenated. Will do it again and highly recommend you give it a shot.
