From the first contact to the last item being placed in the new apartment all interactions were pleasant, professional and we couldn't have been more pleased. David Miller-the owner, returned my initial call and followed up with a quote based on anticipated time. He also called to confirm two days before and called to confirm arrival time the day of. He was very clear about charges, by the hour, and what to expect. The team, Evan and CJ arrived promptly and worked quickly loading the truck. On the other end we ran into all kinds of problems due to the configuration of the stairway, for each new issue Evan calmly explained our options and they tried everything they could think of to move everything up two very tight and narrow stairways without complaint, and without damage. The move in took longer than expected due to structural issues and had to be very frustrating for Evan and CJ but they never complained or got upset. What a great team! We would highly recommend them to anyone moving in the area.
